Sending or Scheduling Your Pitch Emails

Once you have drafts setup for all the reporters you want to pitch, head to the Send view on your pitch.

Select Reporters

If they’re not already selected, click All Reporters to select everyone. You’ll see a confirmation that all the selected reporters have drafts ready. Click Batch Send / Schedule to continue.

Review and Schedule

Review your drafts and choose when they should go out.

Click the calendar symbol to select a specific date and time to start sending pitch emails.

When you’re done click Schedule Emails and confirm.

Review

The status for all reporters has changed to Awaiting reply and there is an icon indicating that the message is scheduled but hasn’t gone out yet.

If you’d like to change the time or cancel the emails entirely, click Cancel scheduled emails on the right side with all reporters still selected.
